I'm not aware of such a limit, sometimes I make a post, see a mistake I made right as I pressed send, and then right after pressed edit to change it, maybe thats something only admins or mods can do, but it doesn't seem likely... either way I'll look around the posting options to see if I can't find anything like that and remove it
